Speaking about one of the top 3 skills a real estate agent or broker needs to build on in 2022, Jennifer Peterson said, "So, I'd say number one, would be communication and interpersonal skills. And, unfortunately, I feel like that skill, with all of the technology that we have nowadays, it's becoming less and less common for people to be good at. So if you have good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, you will automatically click with your clients, and they will trust you."
